Candace believes a company is only ever as good as how it treats the people inside it, and she has built her career proving it. She studied Psychology and Sociology at Stony Brook, which is really just a formal way of saying she has always been fascinated by what makes people tick and what makes them stay.
That curiosity led her into the human side of huge, fast-moving organizations. At the advertising agency FCB Health she was the point of contact for more than 6,500 employees across the US and Canada, and when the hard days came, including a reduction in force that touched 250 people, she was the steady, fair presence who made sure no one was treated like a number. At the tech company Dandy she is the primary HR contact for go-to-market teams scaling international growth, building the training and the guardrails that let a company grow without losing itself.
At JFH Group she runs people and culture, the part of the work that decides whether the family stays a family as it scales. From hiring and onboarding to engagement and growth, she keeps the company human, fair, and grounded, which is exactly the standard JFH wants to bring to everyone it serves.
