Case Studies

Work we've actually shipped.

Not a portfolio of mockups. Real projects, built end to end and live in the world.

heyeli: a private AI, not another chatbot

Designed and built heyeli.life end to end: a personal AI platform for JFH's own community, with a real product around it: accounts, an admin view, and a chat experience built to know the person using it rather than act like a generic assistant.

iii: a home for a community, and its photos

Built iii.community for a New York culture and events brand: a brand site and link hub, plus a place each event lives on afterward. Every Pit Stop gets its own page with the flyer, a recap film, a curated grid, and the full gallery, so people who were in the room can find themselves and take the photo home.

Trackz: casting a show without the spreadsheet mess

Built the casting intake for Pop The Balloon or Find Queer Love (ATL) with Trackz. Applicants apply from their phone, upload a photo, and answer what production actually needs to know, and the team reviews it all from one dashboard instead of chasing a form export around.

Portreyal: a lookbook a small label could actually sell with

A streetwear label needed images good enough to put a product page behind. Shot on location over a single day across four setups (brick, park, pavilion, block wall) so one drop read as a range rather than one backdrop. Delivered 36 finished, colour-matched frames covering every piece front and back, sized for storefront and social.

Beautiful Amore: body care that photographs like it smells

A natural body care maker had product worth selling and phone snapshots to sell it with. Built simple styled sets that matched the line's character, fresh grass and dogwood for the body range and warm wood shavings for the men's, so the labels stayed readable and the products looked like they belonged together.

We're adding real client work here as it's ready to share publicly. If you've worked with us and don't see your project yet, that's on us catching up, not on the work.
