These terms cover the website. They do not replace the agreement we sign with you for a project.
Sending us a form, an email, or a message does not create a contract, and it does not commit you or us to anything.
Prices shown on this site are starting points. A quote is an estimate until it is written into an agreement that we both accept.
Please send us accurate information, and only details you have the right to share. You must be at least 18 to send us a form or to hire us.
When we take on your project, the scope, the price, the schedule, any deposit, and what happens if plans change are written in your quote, agreement, or invoice. That includes cancellations and refunds. If those documents and this page ever disagree, your signed agreement wins.
When you pay a booking deposit, it is credited toward your final invoice. Online payments are processed by Stripe.
If you have a question about a charge, contact us first. A real person will look into it with you.
The words, photos, videos, music, and designs on this site, and the JFH Group name and logo, belong to JFH Group or to the people who made them or appear in them.
You are welcome to view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, reuse, edit, or sell anything from it without our written permission.
Who owns the finished work we make for a client, and how each side may use it, is set in that client's agreement.
